The History of Reflexology
Reflexology is a science originated in China 2000 years ago.
Reflex zones are nerve points, each of which is in communication with other parts of the body.
Most reflex zones are found in the feet. By massaging the reflex zone, we get a better circulation
of both the zone and the organ related to it.
The circulation is vital to every organ, since it is the medium for the transport of nutrients, oxygen,
hormones, antibodies and waste.
